Welcome to the ultimate in personalized hair — every wig is fully customized just for you.

Here’s how it works:

1. Place Your Order

First, fill out our Custom Wig Order Form (see link below). This gives us all the details we need to start your wig.

2. Consultation & Deposit

Once we receive your form, we’ll reach out within 24 hours via your preferred contact (phone, text, or Instagram DM) to discuss your vision and confirm details.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

3. Customization Options

You’ll choose from a variety of options to ensure your wig is perfect:

Hair Length	10" to 40"
Texture	Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Burmese
Lace Type	Always HD Lace
Wig Style	2×6 Closure, 5×5 Closure, Frontal
Cap Size	Based on your head measurement
Parting	Specify position (middle, side, freestyle)
Color	Natural black or custom color options

4. Production & Time Frame

Production time is typically 5–7 business days, though it may take up to 2 weeks depending on current order volume. In some cases, we’ll send you progress photos so you can see your wig coming to life.

5. Payment & Delivery

You’ll pay the remaining 50% when your wig is complete. Then we’ll ship it to you or arrange local pickup (if applicable).

6. Important Policy & Maintenance Info

• No Refunds on custom wigs — each one is made uniquely for you.
• Every custom wig includes 1 complimentary maintenance session (worth $50 each) within the first 3 months.
• We’ll also provide maintenance tips to keep your wig looking flawless.
